Our family dog passed away at home just yesterday and the amount of pain and grief was just indescribable. We couldn't just keep her body until the time was "right" to let her go, so I called many crematoriums for pets, and not only were the majority of them closed on a Saturday, many just didn't sound too compassionate or give me that peace of mind at a time like this. I stumbled on Petatree, and saw that your furry family member's life doesn't just have to end and life just goes on without them, but instead you can turn them into a tree so they can continue to show love for you, and you can continue to love them within nature. John is truly supportive and most of all, compassionate. He communicates very well of the process and everything else. I find that he is genuine, and at a time where it feels like the world stood still, he was there to take care and respect the passing of my best furry friend. He understood the grieving and allowed us the time we needed to give that finally farewell. And now writing this with eyes swelled with tears, I know she is in the good and loving hands at Petatree. At a time like that, Petatree is heaven sent
