Ceremonies can range from simple to elaborate. Each service is unique, depending on personal preferences and beliefs. Some bury their pets in coffins, while others wrap them in a blanket. Flowers, poems, photos, toys and treats can be included. Pet owners have the option of being present for the burial or visiting the plot after the pet has been interred. Following custom, each burial site is prepared by hand. You may request to help in the preparations or set the first shovel of earth when saying goodbye.
